Don’t talk about your C++ skills. Does the job require blog writing? Don’t talk about your experience in writing academic essays. Get to the point, be precise and show that you are fit for the job.
If you beat around the bush, it can mean that

You would of course not want to sound as either of the above, so once again, don’t beat around the bush: be precise and to the point.
Tip-2: Proofread your Cover Letter
You will be surprised by how many mistakes you can find in a typical cover letter at oDesk. This includes both spelling mistakes and grammatical errors. Make sure you proofread what you have written. If possible, let someone else do the checking as well, say a friend. It is usually hard for you to spot errors in a piece that you have written yourself.
One very important thing to remember is never to make spelling errors. These are instant turn offs. I always use Mozilla Firefox while writing a cover letter, so any spelling mistakes are immediately highlighted. If not, write it in MS Word and paste it in the main cover letter area.

Here is a little trick that I use whenever I apply to any job at oDesk. Each job is unique and there are unique skills required. There could always be some overlap, but my overall tone needs to be consistent throughout. So, whatever happens, I never copy-paste anything into my cover letter. Not even my standard qualifications, my strengths, my feedback, etc. I write them all from scratch.
Why do I do that? Because of consistency. It is not hard for an experienced person to judge if you have heavily copy-pasted your cover letter and have a generic tone instead of a specific one for the job. Be on the safe side,
Tip-4: Apply Keeping the Job in Mind
Never ever write a very general cover letter which has nothing to do with the job in hand. If you don’t copy paste, half the battle is won. Next, you should read the job description. List out what skills and experience is required for the job. This may not be stated explicitly, so you should be able to understand what skills are required. Now demonstrate that you have those skills. Every sentence you write should be written keeping the job in mind. Of course you want your strengths to be shown, but only as relevant to the job. You may be a national level sprinter, but don’t mention it on a cover letter applying for a PHP programming job. Always be relevant.
Tip-5: Point to your Strengths
oDesk has many tools that help you show your previous experience and work. You should complete your full profile before you get started on the site and before you write any single cover letter.
Now, look at the strengths in your profile. You might have a very good portfolio and may have previously written for magazines and newspapers but be new to oDesk. In that case, your previous experience is your greatest strength. You should mention it in the cover letter. If you have previously designed web pages, show your work.
For those who are a little older at oDesk, mentioning about your feedback might be a good way to catch the attention of the employer if it is good. I often mention that I am one of the highest rated writers at oDesk with a perfect feedback of 5.00/5.00. This helps my application to stand out.
Sometimes, if you don’t have a lot of previous experience at oDesk or elsewhere but are good at what you do, consider giving many relevant oDesk tests. If you are among the Top 10% or 1st place, it is worth mentioning in your cover letter, especially if you are new and don’t have a lot of feedback.
In the end, it is all about standing out. The employer probably gets 15-20 applications on an average for every job posting, and much more in some cases. At a quick glance, he should know that you are worth considering, so write something that distinguishes you from the crowd. Create a unique selling point.
Tip-6: Always Follow Instructions
It is very important to follow the instructions given in the job posting. If the job requires that you show some samples of your work, show the samples. If it requires you to send a detailed resume, send one. Never neglect the steps outlined in a job posting.
In addition, a lot of people, of late, require you to include a letter or phrase at the beginning to ensure that you have read the whole job description. Without this, they will not even read your cover letter and your entire effort will go waste. So make sure you follow such instructions carefully as required.
Tip-7: Show you are Interested
Always show your interest. You can include a sentence or two about why you think the job is exciting for you. Talk about enjoying a challenging assignment and relate the current job to your previous experience working.
Sometimes, to show that you are interested and serious, include an email and phone number. It is highly unlikely they will call you, but it shows that you are serious and interested in the job.

Auto Confirm Or Ignore Friends Request on Facebook
When adding tons of friends every day, you will also get at the same time tons of friend requests to confirm. Facebook do not offer an easy way to accept them all, so this task is really boring and long to do one by one. But we found a special tool for you so you can use to do this automatically whit the push a button. This will do the work in around 5 seconds instead of 1 hour or more.
• First you need a new browser if you don’t have it already. It is called Mozilla Firefox and you can download it free here: http://www.mozilla.com/ .
• Then you’ll need to install a little add-on called GreaseMonkey. Open this link with Firefox: https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/748 .
• Now add a script the GreaseMonkey add-on to work with Facebook click install on this page: http://userscripts.org/scripts/show/43682 (Latest and working, thanks to aljaz)
Now the auto friend confirm is enabled. To see that its enable, in Firefox again you can click on tools and scroll until GreaseMonkey. You’ll see a check before enabled.
But before going on Facebook and trying this script, we suggest you go on internet explorer on your Facebook account you want to confirm request and ignore the others requests (group pages, event, etc..) so that the script will not confirm every request he see. You don’t want to join every groups and pages people invites you. Be careful to Not ignore all your friend request.
To ignore other requests you go on Facebook, click on home, then where you see the request at the top left click on See All. Then click on Ignore All, this will pop-up a little window where you’ll be able to check what you want to ignore. So don’t check friend requests and check all others.
Now that this is done, you can login to this account in Firefox and go click on your friend requests. And Boom!! Automatically they will all be confirmed.
Don’t forget that Facebook allows only 5000 friends per account so don’t try to get more, it is impossible.
Method: 2
This techniques could be a little bit easier for some. First go on this link in Mozilla Firefox: http://vern.com/mwtools/ . Scroll down on the page until you see a ConfirmAll yellow button. What you need to do is click this button and drag it to your bookmarks tab, drag it just under the address bar. This will create a little clickable icon there. Now login to your facebook account, click on your friend request to see them all, and click on your ConfirmAll bookmarked button. You will see at the top right a little fields appearing where you can write the max confirms to do and the seconds between each ones. So depending on how many friend requests you have to confirm write a number in the max confirms field, and we added 0 seconds between so it is faster.
Then Click Start and the script will go and confirm your friend requests.
You will see your friend requests number going down. When you see it stopped this means that the script finish to accept friends on the current page, so just it refresh and click start again.

আপনাকে ফো্ল্ডারটি লুকতে হবে। তার জন্য আপনার software প্রয়োজন হবে না। এর জন্য দরকার দুইটি bat ফাইল। bat ফাইল তৈরির নিয়মঃ

লোকাল নেটওয়ার্কের মাধ্যমে সংযুক্ত আছে এমন অফিসে কর্মকর্তারা, সাইবার ক্যাফের ব্যবহারকারীরা, কম্পিউটার ল্যাবের ছাত্ররা তাদের কম্পিাউটারে বসে কে কি করছে তা মনিটর করা বা রিমোটলি নিয়ন্ত্রণ করা যাবে ক্লাসরুম স্পাই সফটওয়্যার দ্বারা। মাইক্রোসফটের রিমোট ডেক্সটপ দ্বারা লোকাল নেটওয়ার্কের থাকা রিমোট কম্পিউটার নিয়ন্ত্রণ করা যায় কিন্তু ক্লাসরুম স্পাই এর মত এতো ভালভাবে মনিটর করা যায় না। মাত্র ১১ মেগাবাইটের এই সফটওয়্যারটি www.eduiq.com বা www.classroomspy.com সাইট থেকে ডাউনলোড করা যাবে।
সফটওয়্যার ইনস্টল করা: সফটওয়্যারটির দুটি অংশের একটি হচ্ছে Console আর একটি হচ্ছে Agent| এই Console মুডটা হচ্ছে নেটওয়ার্ক এ্যাডমিনিস্ট্রেটরের জন্য আর Agent মুডটা হচ্ছে যাদের মনিটর করা সেই কম্পিউটারের জন্য।
সফটওয়্যারটি ইনস্টল করার সময় Click here to install ″Classroom Spy Professional Console″ এবং Click here to install ″Classroom Spy Agent″ নামের দুটি বাটন আসবে। এখন Stealth Agent Install চেকবক্স চেক করে Click here to install ″Classroom Spy Agent″ বাটনে ক্লিক করে ইনস্টল করুন এবং পাসওয়ার্ড সেট করুন যা পরবর্তীতে এই কম্পিউটারটিকে রিমোট করার সময় প্রয়োজন হবে। শেষে Start Agent বাটনে ক্লিক করে সার্ভিস চালু করুন এবং ইনস্টল সমাপ্ত করুন।
নেটওয়ার্ক এ্যাডমিনিস্ট্রেটরের কম্পিউটারে Classroom Spy Professional Console মুড ইনস্টল করে চালু করুন তাহলে প্রথমবার পাসওয়ার্ড সেট করতে হবে যা পরবর্তীতে Classroom Spy Professional Console চালু করতে লাগবে।
রিমোট কম্পিউটার যোগ করা: প্রথমে Classroom Spy Professional চালু করে বাম পাশের প্যানেল থেকে Add Computer বাটনে ক্লিক করুন। এবার Remote computer (host or IP) এ রিমোট কম্পিউটারের নাম বা আইপি এড্রেস লিখুন, Nikename এ কম্পিউটারটির নাম দিন (বোঝার সুবিধার্থে) এবং Agent’s password এ উক্ত রিমোট কম্পিউটারের সেট করা পাসওয়ার্ড দিন। Advanced Options ট্যাবে গিয়ে Color Level কালার 16M নির্বাচন করে Basic Options ট্যাবে এসে Remote Assistant Configure / Installation বাটনে ক্লিক করুন এবং উক্ত কম্পিউটারের এ্যাডমিনিস্ট্রেটর ইউজার নেম এবং পাসওয়ার্ড দিয়ে Connect বাটনে করে Classroom Spy Configuration এ পুনরায় রিমোট কম্পিউটারের Agent’s password দিয়ে Ok করুন এবং সবশেষে Add Computer ডায়ালগ বক্সে Ok করুন। তাহলে Classroom Spy Professional এর Remote Screens ট্যাবে কম্পিউটারটির বর্তমান অবস্থান দেখা যাবে। এভাবে আরো রিমোট কম্পিউটার যোগ করা যাবে।
রিমোট কম্পিউটার মনিটর করা: রিমোট কম্পিউটার মনিটর করতে চাইলে Remote Screens ট্যাবে প্রদর্শিত থাকা কম্পিউটারের উপরে মাউসের ডান বাটন ক্লিক করে Zoom Remote Screen এ ক্লিক করলে বড় পর্দায় উক্ত কম্পিউটারের ডেক্সটপ দেখা যাবে। উক্ত কম্পিউটারটি কোন কাজ করতে চাইলে Enable Control চেক বক্স চেক করলে মাউস বা কীবোর্ড দ্বারা উক্ত কম্পিউটারে কাজ করা যাবে। আর প্রদর্শিত থাকা কম্পিউটারের উপরে মাউসের ডান বাটন ক্লিক করে Remote Control এ ক্লিক করলে Enable Control সক্রিয় হয়ে বড় আকারে দেখা যাবে। উক্ত ডেক্সটপটি পূর্ণ পর্দায় দেখতে Full Screen বাটনে ক্লিক করতে হবে।
রিমোট কম্পিউটারে ম্যাসেজ পাঠানো: রিমোট কম্পিউটারের সবগুলোকে বা নির্দিষ্ট কোন কম্পিউটারে ম্যাসেজ পাঠাতে Classroom Spy Professional এর Show Massage/Block Computer ট্যাবে গিয়ে ডানপাশের প্যানেল থেকে কম্পিউটারগুলো নির্বাচন করে Mesage text এ ম্যাসেজ লিখে নিচের Show Message / Block Computer বাটনে ক্লিক করুন তাহলে নির্বাচিত কম্পিউটারগুলোতে ম্যাসেজ প্রদর্শিত হবে। ম্যাসেজ উইন্ডো রিমোট কম্পিউটারের ব্যবহারকারীরা বন্ধ করতে পারবে আর নেটওয়ার্ক এ্যাডমিনিস্ট্রেটর সকল কম্পিউটারে পাঠানো ম্যাসেজ বন্ধ করতে Hide Message / Block Computer বাটনে ক্লিক করলেই হবে।
নিজের ডেক্সটপ শেয়ার করা: নেটওয়ার্ক এ্যাডমিনিস্ট্রেটরের নিজের ডেক্সটপটি শেয়ার দিতে চাইলে Classroom Spy Professional এর Share Desktop ট্যাবে গিয়ে ডানপাশের প্যানেল থেকে যে যে রিমোট কম্পিউটারে ডেক্সটপ শেয়ার দিতে চান সেগুলো নির্বাচন করে Start Sharing Desktop বাটনে ক্লিক করুন। রিমোট কম্পিউটারের ডেক্সটপকে নিস্ক্রিয় করে শুধুমাত্র আপনার ডেক্সটপকে দেখাতে বাধ্য করতে চাইলে নিচের Full Screen এবং Lock Computers চেক করুন শেয়ার দিতে পারেন। এছাড়াও Color Level থেকে কালারের মান পরিবর্তন করতে পারবেন। শেয়ার বন্ধ করতে Stop Sharing Desktop বাটনে ক্লিক করলেই হবে।
ডেক্সটপ রেকর্ড করা: রিমোট কম্পিউটারের ডেক্সটপ রেকর্ড করতে Desktop Recorder ট্যাবে গিয়ে Record বাটনে ক্লিক করুন এবং যে যে রিমোট কম্পিউটারের ডেক্সটপ রেকর্ড করতে চান সেগুলো নির্বাচন করে Ok করুন। তাহলে ডেক্সটপ মনিটর শুরু করলে উক্ত রিমোট কম্পিউটারে সেভ হবে। রেকর্ড করা ভিডিও দেখতে চাইলে Open Network Share বাটনে ক্লিক করলে সেভ হওয়া ফোল্ডার খুলবে।
কম্পিউটার বন্ধ করা রির্স্টাট করা: রিমোট কম্পিউটার বন্ধ, রিস্টার্ট, হাইবারনেট, স্ট্যান্ডবাই, লগঅফ, স্ক্রিনসেভার চালু, স্ক্রিনসেভার বন্ধ বা লক করতে চাইলে Tools ট্যাবে যান এবং নির্দিষ্ট বাটনে ক্লিক করে রিমোট কম্পিউটারগুলো নির্বাচন করে Ok করলেই হবে। এখান থেকে রিমোট কম্পিউটারের কমান্ড প্রম্পট, রান বা ওয়েবসাইট চালু করা যাবে।
প্রোসেস থাকা প্রোগ্রাম বন্ধ করা: রিমোট কম্পিউটারগুলো থেকে প্রোসেস চলতে থাকা নির্দিষ্ট কোন প্রোগ্রাম বন্ধ করতে Processes ট্যাবে গিয়ে যে প্রোসেসটি বন্ধ করতে চান সেটি নির্বাচন করে Kill all with the same name বাটনে ক্লিক করে রিমোট কম্পিউটার নির্বাচন করে Ok করলেই হবে।
পোর্ট বন্ধ করা: রিমোট কম্পিউটারের কোন পোর্ট বন্ধ করতে চাইলে Internet Control ট্যাবে গিয়ে বন্ধ করতে পারেন।
এছাড়াও Classroom Spy Professional Console এর Add Group of LAN Computers বাটনে ক্লিক করে নেটওয়ার্কে থাকা সকল (নির্বাচন করে) কম্পিউটারগুলোতে Classroom Spy Professional Agent ইনস্টল করা যাবে।
লোকাল নেটওয়ার্কের মাধ্যমে সংযুক্ত আছে এমন অফিসে কর্মকর্তারা, সাইবার ক্যাফের ব্যবহারকারীরা, কম্পিউটার ল্যাবের ছাত্ররা তাদের কম্পিাউটারে বসে কে কি করছে তা মনিটর করা বা রিমোটলি নিয়ন্ত্রণ করা যাবে ক্লাসরুম স্পাই সফটওয়্যার দ্বারা। মাইক্রোসফটের রিমোট ডেক্সটপ দ্বারা লোকাল নেটওয়ার্কের থাকা রিমোট কম্পিউটার নিয়ন্ত্রণ করা যায় কিন্তু ক্লাসরুম স্পাই এর মত এতো ভালভাবে মনিটর করা যায় না। মাত্র ১১ মেগাবাইটের এই সফটওয়্যারটি www.eduiq.com বা www.classroomspy.com সাইট থেকে ডাউনলোড করা যাবে।
সফটওয়্যার ইনস্টল করা: সফটওয়্যারটির দুটি অংশের একটি হচ্ছে Console আর একটি হচ্ছে Agent| এই Console মুডটা হচ্ছে নেটওয়ার্ক এ্যাডমিনিস্ট্রেটরের জন্য আর Agent মুডটা হচ্ছে যাদের মনিটর করা সেই কম্পিউটারের জন্য।
সফটওয়্যারটি ইনস্টল করার সময় Click here to install ″Classroom Spy Professional Console″ এবং Click here to install ″Classroom Spy Agent″ নামের দুটি বাটন আসবে। এখন Stealth Agent Install চেকবক্স চেক করে Click here to install ″Classroom Spy Agent″ বাটনে ক্লিক করে ইনস্টল করুন এবং পাসওয়ার্ড সেট করুন যা পরবর্তীতে এই কম্পিউটারটিকে রিমোট করার সময় প্রয়োজন হবে। শেষে Start Agent বাটনে ক্লিক করে সার্ভিস চালু করুন এবং ইনস্টল সমাপ্ত করুন।

কোন সফট ছাড়াই পরিবর্তন করুন মাই কম্পিউটার, রিসাইকেল বিন ইত্যাদির আইকন
আপনার ডেস্কটপে কি মাই কম্পিউটার, মাই ডকুমেন্টস, মাই নেটওয়ার্ক প্লেসেস, রিসাইকেল বিনের আইকন আছে? যদি থাকে তবে আপনি কি তাদের আইকন পরিবর্তন করতে চান?

ইউটিউব থেকে উচ্চমানের ভিডিও ডাউনলোড করুন
ভিডিও শেয়ারিং সাইটগুলো এখন বেশ জনপ্রিয়। এর মধ্যে গুগলের ইউটিউব থেকে ভিডিও আপলোড এবং ডাউনলোড হয় সবচেয়ে বেশী। কিন্তু অনলাইনের এই সব ভিডিওগুলো ফ্লাশ বেসড হওয়াতে এগুলোর বেজুলেশন বেশী থাকে না ফলে পর্দাজুড়ে দেখলে ভাল দেখায় না। আবার অন্য ফরম্যাটে কনভার্ট করলেও একই অবস্থা থাকে। সাধারণত ইউটিউব থেকে যে ভিডিওগুলো ডাউনলোড করি সেগুলো 320×240 রেজুলেশনের হয়ে থাকে। কিন্তু আপনি নতুন ভিডিও ডাউনলোড করতে চান তাহলে তা আরো উচ্চ রেজুলেশনে ডাউনলোড করতে পারেন। আপনি যদি http://youtube.com/watch?v=E2s14T6×5AM ঠিকানার ভিডিও ডাউনলোড করেন তাহলে তা 320×240 রেজুলেশনে ডাউনলোড হবে। আর উপরোক্ত ভিডিওএর ঠিকানার শেষে &fmt=6 যুক্ত করে ডাউনলোড করলে তা 448×336 রেজুলেশনে ডাউনলোড হবে। আর যদি শেষে &fmt=18 যুক্ত করে ডাউনলোড করলে তা 480×360 রেজুলেশনে ডাউনলোড হবে। উচ্চ রেজুলেশনে ভিডিও ডাউনলোড পুরাতন ভিডিওর ক্ষেত্রে নাও হতে পারে তবে নতুন আপলোড করা ভিডিও এভাবে উচ্চ রেজুলেশন ডাউনলোড হবে।
পাসওয়ার্ড দেখার সফটওয়্যার
বিভিন্ন সফটওয়্যারে বা অনলাইনে আমরা যে পাসওয়ার্ড দিয়ে থাকি তা স্টার (*) বা ● হিসাবে দেখা যায়। ফলে আপনার টাইপ করা পাসওয়ার্ডের লেখা (টেক্সট) দেখা যায় না। কোন কারণে আপনি যদি পাসওয়ার্ড দেখতে চান তাহলে পাসওয়ার্ড ভিউয়ার সফটওয়্যারের সাহায্যে দেখতে পারেন। ১১৩ কিলোবাইটের ফ্রিওয়্যার এই সফটওয়্যারটি http://www.itsamples.com/software/pwv.html সাইট থেকে ডাউনলোড করা যাবে। এবার জিপ ফাইলটি আনজিপ করে PwViewer রান করে হাতের উপরে মাউস ধরে উপরের টারগেটটি যেকোন পাসওয়ার্ডের উপরে নিয়ে গেলে পাসওয়ার্ডির লেখা (টেক্সট) দেখাবে।

প্রথমে ওয়ার্ড লেখার মধ্যে নির্দিষ্ট ছবিটি বসান (পেষ্ট)। এবার ছবিতে ক্লিক করে ছবিটি নির্বাচন করলে পিকচার পাবেন (না থাকলে ভিউ-এর টুলবারে গিয়ে পিকচারে টিক দিন)।

১/ কমপিউটার বুটআপ হয়ে ডেস্কটপে পুরোপুরি আসতে দিন , পুরোপুরি এসে স্টেবল হবার আগেই কোন আ্যাপ্লিকেশন স্টার্ট না করাই ভাল ।
২/ কোন এ্যাপ্লিকেশন বা প্রোগ্রাম ক্লোজ করার পর একবার হলেও ডেস্কটপ রিফ্রেশ করুন ডেস্কটপে রাইট মাউস ক্লিক করে , এতে সিস্টেম র্যাম থেকে অপ্রয়োজনীয়, অব্যবহৃত, পরিত্যক্ত ফাইল ঝরে যাবে ।
৩/ বড় সাইজের ইমেজ বা ছবি ওয়ালপেপার হিসেবে ইউজ করা থেকে বিরত থাকুন , র্যাম বেশি কম হলে ওয়ালপেপার ইউজ না করাই ভাল ।
৪/ খামোখা অজস্র শর্টকাট আইকন দিয়ে ডেস্কটপ ভরে ফেলবেন না , কারণ প্রতিটি শর্টকাট কমপক্ষে র্যামের ৫০০ বাইট দখল করে রাখে যা টোটাল সিস্টেম পারফরমেন্স কমিয়ে দিয়ে সিস্টেম স্লো করে দেয় । বেশি দরকারী হলে প্রয়োজনে ডেস্কটপে একটি ফোল্ডার বানিয়ে তাতে শর্টকাটগুলো পেস্ট করে রাখতে পারেন ।
৫/ রিসাইকেল বিন সবসময় খালি করে রাখুন । রিসাইকেল বিন খালি না করা পর্যন্ত আপনার হার্ডড্রাইভ থেকে ফাইলগুলো কিন্তু আসলে ডিলিট হয় না ।
৬/ টেম্পোরারি ইন্টারনেট ফাইলস যা সাধারণতঃ c:\windows ফোল্ডারে থাকে রেগুলার ডিলিট করবেন । অথবা স্টার্ট মেনু> একসেসরিজ থেকে 'ডিস্ক ক্লিন আপ' অপশন ব্যবহার করেও করতে পারেন ।
